Responsibilities:

  • Responsible to provide service and support to our product development groups, customers and overseas offices worldwide in the areas of pre/post sales service support and machine qualification installation, troubleshooting
  • Actively participate in product quality improvement for our customers and field colleagues in product centre and production
  • Responsible for the generation of technical documents & training manuals


Requirements:

  • Degree or Diploma in Mechanical/Electronics/Electrical Engineering
  • Preferably with 2 years' relevant experience in customer support functions in semiconductor industry
